Experience Classic Valle Crucis Hospitality in our Historic Dining Hall

Our Dining Hall meals are served buffet-style with self-service. There is a 10 person minimum for all meals. We do not charge sales or use tax or gratuities for our food service. We happily accommodate any dietary requirements such as vegan/vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, etc.. We encourage communication about general dietary preferences, as well (e.g.  if your group is heavily vegetarian or prefers healthier options, or if a more “Homestyle like Grandma used to cook” is more your speed). Dining Hall Breakfast - $10.00 per person

Hot breakfast standards, including:
1 breakfast meat such as bacon or sausage

Grits OR oatmeal with accompaniments

Dining Hall Lunch - $12.00 per person

These options are only available if your group is the only event in the Dining Hall for that meal.

Tables can be pre-set for an additional labor charge.

We can Bring Valle Crucis Hospitality to You!

Our kitchen can bring meals to your meeting space on the Valle Crucis campus. Meals are set up before your event or during a break, and are served buffet-style, self-service. There is a 10 person minimum for all meals. Delivery and set up fees are charged for catered meals.

Catered meals are served with compostable plant-based cutlery, plates, and glasses unless previously arranged. Sample menus are provided to give you a start on ideas, but all our meals can be customized to your taste, or you can allow our talented cooks to choose. We happily accommodate any dietary requirements such as vegan/vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, etc.

All of our meeting & event spaces come with multi-burner self-serve coffee makers with coffee & tea selections, condiments, and cups.

Our Alcohol Policy
While we do not object to the responsible use of alcoholic beverages by legally aged adults on our premises, we cannot provide alcohol for you and our staff cannot serve it. Your group may bring beer or wine to serve at your meals.  If your event is large and/or formal such as a wedding or rehearsal dinner, we require that you complete and sign our alcohol policy. All state and federal laws are enforced at Valle Crucis.
