If your group is reserving multiple buildings, your per person per night rate will be averaged. You will be charged the rate per person times the minimum number of guests for each building. Final cost will be determined either by the minimum guarantee* or the per person charge, whichever is greater. 

*If you do not meet the minimum guest number per building, a surcharge of 50% of the difference between your actual number of guests and the minimum will be added to your total.


The Valle Crucis Conference Center focuses its ministry on religious, non-profit, arts, academic, and family groups, as well as spiritual and artistic retreats to individuals in our Hermitages. We cannot rent individual rooms on our main campus. We are happy to recommend local hotel and B&B accommodations.

We assume a two-night stay for these standard rates; A surcharge of $10 per person will be added for one-night stays.

Check-in is no earlier than 4:00 p.m.; check-out is 10:00 a.m. or by arrangement. Please talk with VCCC staff if you wish to discuss arrival and departure details.

 

 Meals

  • 3 meals a day are included in your group's per person rate, from dinner the day of arrival through lunch the day of departure.
  • Meals are served buffet-style in our Dining Hall. We can also cater to your meeting space, if you would prefer.
  • There is a $50 set up fee for catered meals.
  • Meal service requires a minimum of 10 guests.
  • Bagged meals can also be provided if you would prefer to take your meal off-site.
  • Contact us for other catering options, including continental breakfasts and snack packages provided in your meeting space.
  • A dietary preference worksheet will be sent to you two weeks before your event.
  • We will reduce your per person cost accordingly if your group will not be eating every meal with us.

If you wish to add meals for individuals accompanying your group who are not overnight guests, or if your day meeting wishes to purchase meals in our Dining Hall, the following prices apply:

Day Meetings

Johnson Hall, Crab Orchard Hall, and meeting spaces in our lodging buildings are included with overnight stays, one space per group, based on availability. We welcome day meetings and retreats for academic, non-profit, religious, private and corporate groups. Furniture and A/V equipment is available. Catering is also an option for our meeting spaces.
